Everyone’s lives are busy (especially if you’re an adolescent guide). The demands of providing the best possible environment in which adolescents can learn and grow are daunting. Planning projects, providing feedback on student work, supporting young people and their families through the ups and downs of adolescence; sometimes it seems like there aren’t enough hours in the day. It’s no wonder keeping yourself professionally up to date and inspired falls to the bottom of the priority list.

Let us do some of the leg work for you. Project Erdkinder’s mission is to gather resources about Montessori pedagogy, educational practices, and developments in research and bring them right to you. Our team is a community of diverse and experienced adolescent guides. We are dedicated to raising awareness of and celebrating the work happening all around the world implementing Dr. Montessori’s vision for adolescents.
